DIGITAL RESOURCES FOR ACADEMIC PAPERS

Hello everybody!👋

Since you will probably be dealing with your Master’s Degree Final Project I have thought that it was a good idea to share some of the digital resources that I got to know in the last days and that can make our lifes easier.

After having conducted a Degree Final Project you will probably be aware of the importance of supporting our work in other author’s findings. However, as we all know, not all the sources are accurate and searching in internet can sometimes be dangerous when it comes to the reliability of the documents. 

If we know where to search, Internet can also be a great tool with an infinite amount of information. That’s why today I want you to introduce some less known resources which I got to know thanks to the University Library Department.

📌 ERIC I think this is a great tool since it specifically deals with education. To be more precise, it is a digital library which assembles research on education and that is powered by the US Department for Education.
📍 REDINED This one also deals with education but in a national level. It was created by the Spanish Ministry for Education and it is an information network which contains research papers, digital magazines, statistics…
📎 RECOLECTA This is a platform that gathers all the Spanish repositories. Therefore, a lot of information of numerous fields of research can be found here.

📐 RODERIC When it comes to our university, this is its institutional repository. Here you can find all the works conducted by the UV members. As a result, this repository includes all kind of digital documents such as doctoral thesis, magazines, congress papers…
